Good to know
Swaps
- No plain yogurt? Use the same amount of Greek yogurt or sour cream for a similar creamy sauce.
- No curry powder? Use the same amount of garam masala.
- No filo pastry? Spring roll wrappers can be used instead, brushed and air-fried the same way.
Storing it
Keep leftover rolls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer until steaming hot and crisp again.
Making it ahead
The butter chicken filling can be mixed and kept in the fridge up to a day ahead, then rolled and air-fried just before serving.
