A West Village Georgian restaurant from restaurateur Gurami Oniani, with executive chef Manuchar Tsikolia leading the kitchen. The à la carte menu centers on cheesy khachapuri and brothy khinkali dumplings, alongside salads, skewers and stews. Small-batch Georgian wines and a family-style supra menu suit groups.

One of the best Georgian meals we’ve had. The khinkali were exceptional — genuinely the best I can remember eating. Loaded with soup, and the dough was the silkiest I’ve ever seen. There’s a man in that kitchen who’s been making khinkali for 40 years — and it’s the only thing he does here. You can taste it! The adjaruli khachapuri also stood out: the cheese was less stretchy than what you typically find elsewhere, and that’s actually the point — this is what it tastes like when a kitchen follows a more traditional recipe instead of loading it with mozzarella. Really appreciated that authenticity. The flavor and the texture were amazing! Their take on Napoleon cake was a pleasant surprise — a fresh spin on a classic that 100% delivers on everything you want from it. Delicious. You gotta have it! Everything else was excellent too. Highly recommend if you want Georgian food done right.

Laliko was such a lovely find for brunch. The space is beautiful — a big artistic mural on the wall, cozy lighting, checkerboard tile tables. It feels warm and definitely not your average NYC spot. The food was the highlight though. We started with the Laliko Georgian salad which was fresh and bright, a perfect way to open the meal. Then came the imeruli khachapuri — that classic cheese-filled bread that’s basically impossible to stop eating. Warm, doughy, generously stuffed. We had khinkali two ways — mushroom khinkali in a rich creamy herb sauce and a baby khinkali soup. Both were incredible, soft and flavorful. The eggplant rolls were also a standout, plated on a walnut sauce with pomegranate seeds. Honestly great vibes, great food, very welcoming stuff. Would absolutely come back and already planning to bring friends. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something different and genuinely delicious in Manhattan.

An unforgettable Michelin-star experience. Georgian cuisine is already one of my favorites, but this restaurant takes both the food and the cocktails to another level. Every dish was exceptional, and the Georgian Airways cocktail was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Our bartender , Geli was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more memorable. Outstanding food, incredible drinks, and exceptional service. Highly recommended!
