Anna Sonenshein and Niki Vahle's seafood-focused restaurant grew out of fish-fry pop-ups and an Echo Park original. Lunch centers on the signature fried fish sandwich, with counter seats kept for walk-ins. Dinner turns more composed: seasonal crudo, roast chicken, baked-to-order masa cake, and natural-leaning wines.

absolutely loved my experience at little fish and love everything they're doing! atmosphere and service are great, the fish sandwich is just as good as it is said to be. beach sandwich surprisingly exceeded expectations, as well as all the vegetable sides. only skip for me was the crudo, but i tend not to be impressed by $5 per bite plates

an intimate restaurant specializing in seafood dishes. heard a lot of good things about it. it was a nice vibe here love their crudo. arancini was okay. however our main poached steelhead was disappointing, flavoring and all that was on point but we found 2-3 bone in it.

After the sun sets, the ambiance from the street gives a chill lowlit vibe that says, "come relax" and service fit the same vibe but not in a lackadaisical way. The food has varied complex flavors that soar through the sense spectrum from light & simple to bright & elaborate. To then wedge a wine pairing, well now, you're off to the races. At the heart of it though, Little Fish is a place that serves food to compliment the wine and doesn't serve wine to compliment the food. Although the crux of the experience was enjoyable, the portions were so petite and despite having three plates, we left so unfulfilled that we had to go somewhere else to eat and that is not a preferred order of operations.
