This iced pumpkin spice latte recipe is easy to make and way better for you than the Starbucks version. Plus, it's only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes. Can easily be vegan.

## Ingredients (serves 1)

- ½ tsp pumpkin spice mix
- 1½ tbsp maple syrup or date paste
- Ice
- Store-bought cream or homemade coconut whipped cream
- Cinnamon sticks
- 1–2 shots espresso - skip for caffeine-free ((or 0.25 cup strong coffee))
- 1½ cups your favorite milk (I like oat milk)
- 3 tbsp pumpkin puree

## Steps

1. Add all ingredients except ice to a blender
2. Blitz for 10-15 seconds until fully combined
3. Pour into a tall glass over ice
4. Optionally top with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and an extra dash of pumpkin spice

## Good to know

### Swaps

No pumpkin spice mix? Use 1/4 tsp cinnamon plus a pinch each of ground ginger, nutmeg and cloves.

### Making it ahead

Blend the milk, pumpkin puree, spice and sweetener mixture ahead and keep it in the fridge for up to a day, then pour over ice when ready to serve.
